Hello, my name is Jennifer, and I am the owner and primary Floral Designer at Flowers by Jennifer. My lifelong passion for nature and flowers has inspired me to share my journey with you.

With 25 years of experience as a professional artist, I have explored various artistic mediums, including painting, singing, acting, and teaching. My foray into floral design began in early 2022 as a means of self-care and therapy. What started as gardening soon evolved into creating arrangements, ultimately transforming into a profound artistic expression.

I fondly recall my first job assisting at a small floral shop when I was 18, and it feels serendipitous that this passion has re-emerged in my life. To deepen my understanding beyond the basics I had learned, I began collaborating with a lifelong friend at his local flower farm in 2022. I assisted in creating fresh wrapped bouquets and engaging in discussions about flowers and planting. This experience ignited my love for floral design, as well as a fascination with cultivating flowers and the value of offering locally grown blooms in my arrangements. I established a partnership with Blue Violet Botanicals, where I crafted artistic arrangements using their garden's flowers, which garnered enthusiastic responses. Recognizing the potential of this venture, I embraced the journey as my business evolved, and I am thrilled with the progress we’ve made.

My artistic background has been instrumental in shaping my journey, providing me with the knowledge and confidence to not only design your florals but also to assist in orchestrating your entire event.

I create high-quality artistic bouquets and provide floral arrangements for upscale events and weddings, leveraging my strong relationships with local farms to source peak-season blooms. I take great pleasure in collaborating on larger visions and executing your special day. This process not only fulfills my creative passion but also allows me to share the healing power of art and nature, which has profoundly impacted my own life.

Since 2022, we have designed numerous events, been featured in a fashion magazine, won the title of Best Florist in NH in the HIPPO Readers' Choice Awards for 2023, curated over a dozen styled wedding shoots, and connected with many wonderful couples.
